To show Congress how to create Renewable and Energy Conservation jobs that has failed new Renewable companies to date.   Rullo advised dozens of Democratic and Republican elected officials, homeowners, and businesses.  He advised them on Energy Conservation Methods followed with feasibility for Energy Creation with Renewables.  Rullo has inspired new businesses, created new renewable jobs, and has inspired thousands of leaders across New Jersey with his valiant effort.  In fact, the renewable event that was held at the Ritacco Center by Adler was attended by Rullo who spent over 2 hours FREE advising his office about New Jersey Clean Energy Rebates, Tax Credits,  how the renewable program works, and worked for FREE......

Unlike Johnny Come Lately.  Rullo will attend Freeholder meetings in Ocean, Burlington, and Camden to see first hand whats going on.  In addition, he will  attend local town council meetings for grass roots understanding of issues. 

Rullo will bring back Conservative Values and Government delivered by the Honorable Jim Saxton, and contribute to taking back the House from Liberal Camden County John Alder.

Rullo will continue to unite Burlington County and Ocean County to defeat Liberal Congressman Adler, and bring back balance to the 3rd Congressional District he divided with liberals.

Rullo will eliminate annoying ROBOT CALLS by Adler on off election events that are violations of FCC by any other entity, but not covering Congress. 

I will work my first term in office to sponsor bills that will increase employment, stop foreclosures, and stop the overspending of the liberals.  Rullo  will not sell out the 3rd Congressional district as Congressman Adler has with BOSS HOG Electric Companies/Nuclear/Insurance Companies/Credit Card PACS.   I vow to reject donations from clear conflicts of interest that Liberal Adler embraced.

To work towards sponsoring bills to better American workers, families, seniors, disabled, and our veterans.  Not just voting NO without substance or anything to show for term.

I support cutting the salary of Congress by the exact Unemployment Rate Number until (e.g. 10%) until the Liberal Democrats create jobs not lose them.  At $160k per. year salary that would be $16,000.00/year penalty for two years.  Congress should share the risk by accomplishing goals that turn around the American Economy or face a salary decrease with the American Workers they Let Down.

To make a Rail Line a reality my first term in office.  I would do this by demonstrating the job creation potential, the increase in home sales by commuters having a new rail line to their North Jersey/New York employment, and enabling Ocean/Burlington to have the same opportunity for tourism dollars as North Jersey/New York who have rail.  In fact,  Camden County Ex Senator and NOW Congressman Adler made sure there is rail service for Camden and Newark.  I will spend my first days in office sponsoring a bill for a rail line in Ocean County benefiting Burlington instead of raising money with all my time like Liberal Adler has with his sell out to the American people with Banks/Mortgage Companies/Nuclear/Electric Companies/Credit Cards.

STOP big socialized government under current Liberal Democratic Congress, and absolutely give it back to businesses and the people.

Rullo will sponsor Federal Pay To Play Bills that BAN donations from BIG Businesses that clearly conflicts with health and public safety.

To Pay Back debt instead of printing/spending money that the United States does not have.  Debt is a threat to National Security.  Start by calling Johnny Come Lately to tell him that WE Won't PAY for his Million Dollar ADVERTISING BROCHURES that are nothing but campaign propaganda.  Seniors/vets/disabled should havehis Cadillac health insurance plan to insure quality care monitored by the Congress with same benefits.

  Call the Clerk of The Board of Congress to STOP Johnny Come Lately from mailing out advertising for his campaign in this economical depression it is abuse of power.  As  noted on the bottom as Paid For By Tax Payer Dollars.  He has raised almost 2 MILLION DOLLARS AND IS USING AMERICAN TAX PAYER DOLLARS FOR CAMPAIGNING BROCHURES at your expense. 

To bring people to New Jersey and keep people in New Jersey with Jobs, Infrastructure with new rail line in Ocean County, low taxes for everyone, and fair tax codes for veterans/disabled/seniors/pension retirees.

To Work for remedies to reverse the Depression level FORECLOSURES in New Jersey and the United States by holding banks accountable and government.  Rullo attended a conference at Burlington County College in January 2010 to listen to experts/Burlington County Great Government who provided information to struggling homeowners.  Rullo commits To investigating complaints as per reported on CNN that mortgage companies in early 2009 stauled/refused qualified home owners refinance opportunites.  The Obama administration payed these banks a share of government funds to enable them to lower interest rates/monthly payments, but the mortgage companies reportedly lost paper work, and mysteriously found paper work after data validity dates.  Many home owners are now homeless or are currently facing foreclosure who were denied this plan. 

To Declare Corrupt Politicians a Threat To National Security under Colors, and use the FEC and NJ ELEC to work with Federal/State Attorney Generals office. This will give honest politicians like Governor Christie the support he needs to take back New Jersey from the Bribe Accepting Politicians bankrupting our great state and country.

Work to change social security tax codes that haven't been changed since 1984 that penalize seniors who need to work a second job or make a certain threshold income not applicable to modern day inflation numbers.

To Demand COLA be reinstated under negotiations.

To Propose that Congress receive the same health insurance as Seniors, Veterans, and Disabled to insure the best for our American Hero's.

To be a catalyst for Open Hearings on Nuclear Regulatory Commission Failures, Cover-ups, and Out of Date policies.  These failuresput American lives, jobs, and health at risk.  Congressman John Adler was silent in early 2009 when permits were issued to Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant, and two incidents of leaks were reported a couple of weeks later.  Campaign contribution reports show Liberal Adler sold out Ocean County to Excelon for 1000's of dollars in September 2009 waiting until he campaigned with Liberal Congressman in Mass. for Teddy Kennedy old seat when he grandstanded with a comparison to a 1970 leak in Mass.  The Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant is responsible for many jobs, tax income for Lacey Township, and safety of the 3rd Congressional district under the Incompetent/Failed NRC.  The NRC must be investigated by open hearing and full congressional oversight.  This is another example of Johnny Come Lately that has concerned the voters of the 3rd district.

To mandate NO VETERAN LEFT BEHIND as a new Department in US Government.

To support current gun laws that protect citizens from criminals.  Protect police from particular weapons/guns/Cop Killers/drug dealers.  Support hunters/collectors of their right to bear arms when done within the parameters of the law.  Rullo believes that Americans who follow the laws of the United States being eligible via licences/permits/tests should have the right to bear arms as mandated in the constitution.  In addition, Gun ownership is the oldest tradition of America for protection, hunting/eating, and hobby/collecting.  Rullo believes the GUN doesn't kill but the Criminal who uses it for EVIL chooses to Kill pulling the trigger.   Therefore, Rullo is committed to strengthen laws to severe prison sentences of 40 years in prison for crimes committed with a gun without parole.  People who follow the law should not be punished for Criminals and Murderers who use guns for evil deeds. 

To penalize companies who send jobs overseas, and reward companies who create new jobs in New Jersey and the United States.

To acknowledge business owners (Schedule C) currently not counted under Unemployment (Frictional Unemployment) that is part of a vicious cycle because a HUGE undetermined number of Schedule C business owners haven't worked for weeks/months/years folding as we speak.  These owners pay into unemployment for their employees who get support.  However, business owners of Schedule C are on their own resulting on CEASE of hiring adding to the spiraling economy.  The Schedule C business owner is not accounted for in the supply of economical stimulation assistance, and the business owner who can hire many employees isn't able to even take care of his own family. 

Will fight to require Prostate Exams for Men and Breast Examinations for Women to be a fundamental right in your health insurance.  Not treated as a privilege that can be changed by age at the convenience of the health insurance lobby.  Prostate Cancer Screening and Breast Cancer Examinations are the only way that these two common diseases can be caught early enough to save American Lives.  In addition, if these diseases run in the family history intervention can save millions of lives by regular exams.  This can save billions of dollars in the long run with expensive life long treatments. 

Will fight to change prison sentence of RAPE to 25 years without parole.

Will fight to strengthen the prison sentence of armed robbery to 40 years in prison without parole.

Rullo suppports increasing the state and federal penalties for politicians not properly reporting or filing in a timely manner.  This is the only way they are accountable.

Work with MADD and SADD among other groups to curb underage drinking holding Liquor Industry more responsible, and work for zero tolerance programs for drunk driving.
