I WILL MAKE SURE THAT SENIORS GET A FAIR BACKING FROM SOCIAL SECURITY. THERE IS PLENTY OF WASTE IN FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT TO OFFSET A MODEST REGULAR COST OF LIVING INCREASE. SENIORS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR NEST EGGS IN THESE CURRENT
TOUGH TIMES, MANY RELY ON SOCIAL SECURITY. THEY TRUSTED THERI GOVERNMENT AND WE MUST TAKE CARE OF THEM. THEY HAVE SERVED
OUR COUNTRY AND ASSURED OUR FREEDOM. I WILL FIGHT TO CONTINUE FUNDING SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE ADEQUATELY FOR SENIORS
IN OCEAN, BURLINGTON, AND CAMDEN COUNTY. I WILL BE THE GRANDSON OF THE 3RD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT FOR OUR SENIORS.

With Dad May 2008 volunteering at Ocean County College
for Astronomy Day...

Donating hundreds of hours with his expertise in
Lithography he was recognized by Freeholder Joe Vicari and the board for his expertise, dedication, and Free help. My
dad taught me by working for over 45 years without taking any favors or using unfair practices to obtain his success that
its THE ONLY WAY. I truly miss the most honest MAN IN THE WORLD. I dedicate this campaign to my dad who recently
passed of after a two year battle with same brain tumor that the Late Teddy Kennedy passed from. Joseph R. Rullo has
been an effective activist working for HOME HEALTH CARE reform by filing 2 complaints in his dealing with Home Services for
his beloved father. The complaints are currently pending in the state of NJ Attorney General office. One of the
most invaluable tools to assure quality of care in NJ is the State Attorney General office for family and loved ones in NJ.

Other Relatives
Given 3 months to live with Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade IV. Joseph J. Rullo beat the odds with his strong will to live
into his retirement for almost 2 years. He had the same Brain Tumor as Senator Teddy Kennedy.
